Description

Sinemet (generic name: carbidopa-levodopa; brand names include: Parcopa / Syndopa) CR (controlled release) is a controlled-release combination of carbidopa and levodopa.

The medicine is used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.

Indications include:

idiopathic Parkinson's disease
postencephalitic parkinsonism
symptomatic parkinsonism
