Invega (generic name: paliperidone; brand names include: Invega Sustenna) belongs to a class of drugs known as atypical antipsychotics.

Invega is used in the acute and maintenance treatment of schizophrenia.

Invega helps treat and control both positive (such as delusions, agitation and hallucinations) and negative (such as apathy) schizophrenia symptoms.
